Authentic love treats people better than they deserve, when it is in their best interests. God loves us as His children, despite that we do not deserve it, and He heals us through that love in His Son.
“For God so loved [agape] the world that He gave [karis/grace] His only begotten Son, that whosoever should believe in Him will have eternal life [peace, shalom, living water, wholeness, healing, integration, supernatural-forever-LIFE]” (John 3:16).
